Pilgrims praise Saudi Arabia for great care as Umrah begins





The International pilgrims for the ongoing Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are receiving first class care, some of the pilgrims have said.

They praised the officials for the great care and good management of the pandemic since the last eight months.

Joko Asmoru of the Indonesian Muslim Association of Hajj and Umrah Travels said this during a meeting of Indonesia’s Hajj Fund Management Agency and Marwan Abbas Shaban, vice chairman of the board of directors of the Makkah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Mazen Dirar, a board member, and several members of the Saudi business community were present during the meeting to discuss investment opportunities available in the Kingdom’s Hajj and Umrah sector.

Indonesian, Pakistani pilgrims are among several thousands of Pilgrims that have arrived and completed the mandatory three days quarantine period for the Umurah.

Meanwhile, the proper Umurah rites begin today with no more than 20,000 pilgrims entering the masjid Al Haram daily and 60,000 worshippers.
