More than half of Bauchi Pilgrims in Madinah *See photos





As at the last flight from Bauchi, no fewer than 756 pilgrims from the state are now in Madinah. The number represent more that half of the entire pilgrims expected to perform hajj this year.

According to NAHCON, 1362 was allocated to Bauchi leaving about 604 pilgrims to be airlifted in the next few days.

The first batch of the pilgrims who arrived Madinah alongside pilgrims from Borneo state over a week ago have now been moved to Makkah to perform Umrah. They are now in Makkah patiently waiting for the commencement of Hajj early next month.
