The newly appointed chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Professor Abdullahi Saleh Usman, has paid a thank-you visit to the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
Prof Usman popularly know as Pakistan was appointed NAHCON Chairman on Monday by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to replace Jalal Ahmad Arabi after allegations of impropriety, mismanagement was levelled at him. Jalal Arabi spent three days with the Economic and Financial Crime Commission, EFCC with some management staff of the commission answering questions on how the N90 billion intervention fund provided by President Tinubu was spent.

He was the chairman of Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board during the administration of Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.

Speaking, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje congratulated Pakistan, and expressed confidence that the new chairman will bring his wealth of experience to bear in taking the commission to a greater height.
