The above assertion was made by the Executive Sec of the Board Alh Umar Makun Lapai during a meeting with the Board Members. The Secretary expressed the Board’s dismay over the attitudes of some Area Pilgrims Officers who applied for refund of some Pilgrims without their consent, which made the pilgrims to turn to the Board for assistance.
