The Masjid Monsurat Ipesa-Balogun Foundation in collaboration with Alamine Academy will hold a public lecture on Sunday, January 15, 2023.
The foundation was established in memory of late wife of former Oshodi/Isolo Local Government Chairman and Member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Afeez Ipesa-Balogun, Alhaja Monsurat Ipesa-Balogun, a pharmacist, who died on March 15, 2019, in the United States.

The lecture is slated for 2-5pm at Masjid Monsurat Ipesa-Balogun Mosque, Plot 12, Ogunderu Eletu Street, Off Lekki-Epe Expressway, Awoyaya, Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Area, Lagos State.

Themed: “The Best Investment for Eternal Happiness, An Excellent Legacy to Pursue,” the lecture will be delivered by Sheikh Ahmed Alamine, resident Scholar/Director and Public Speaker, IMAM, Indianapolis, Indiana, USA, the occasion will be chaired by Ambassador Ali Magashi, Nigeria Ambassador to South Korea.

And on the list as guests of honour include Senator Hadi Sirika, Minister of Aviation, Senator Michael Opeyemi Bamidele, Chairman, Senate Committee on Judiciary, Hon. Moruf Akinderu-Fatai, Lagos State Commissioner for Housing and His Royal Highness, Adebayo Thomas, Baale of Mofoluku.

Other guests, among the many expected dignitaries would be Hon. Bayo Balogun, Member, Federal House of Reps, representing Ibeju-Lekki Federal Constituency, and Alhaji Akeem Apatira, who will both serve as chief hosts.
