The Emir of Misau, His Royal Highness Alh. Ahmed Sulaiman has pledged a usual robust and mutual support to Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board in the areas of information sharing and pilgrims enlightenment.
The Emir, HRH Ahmed Sulaiman made the pledge in his Palace, when he received officials of the Board who paid him an advocacy visit as part of their effort to visit the 6 Emirate Councils in Bauchi State.
HRH Ahmed Sulaiman commended the Board for choosing advocacy at this tight period of drastical changes in Hajj policy, called for an attitudinal change by the intending pilgrims towards their preparation to perform Hajj.
Reiterating the readiness of his Emirate to support the Board, the Royal father said serving the pilgrims need patient and sacrifice, advised the team to rededicate themselves to achieve a goal.

Earlier in their separate remarks, the Chairman of the Board Alh. Nuru Adamu Jumba Chiroman Bauchi and the Executive Secretary Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris said the sensitisation was aimed at building bridges of understanding between the Board and the intending pilgrims with a view to resolving issues that may hinder many people from performing this year Hajj.
They said visit also aimed at to seek for royal blessings, support and guidance from the Emirate Council to assist the intending pilgrims.
They advised intending pilgrims to hurry up and make their deposits before the closing date of 31st December 2023.
