Bauchi reiterates resolve to provide best catering services to 2024 pilgrim

The Executive Secretary Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris has reiterated government support towards ensuring best catering services to pilgrims throughout their stay in Makkah for 2024 pilgrimage.
The Executive Secretary gave the assurance after the high powered delegation from Bauchi state inspected the state – of – art facilities at the best Saudi kitchen and Catering Company (Shurakal al Khairin) in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, saying the scouting for the best accommodation and catering arrangement was amongst the line of activities scheduled for this year’s pre-hajj visit.
Imam Abdurrahman acknowledged that Governor Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad administration has done creditably well in Hajj administration, particularly in giving the needed support to aid the provision of the best welfare services to pilgrims in Makkah, which was in line with his policy of ensuring the wellbeing of citizens.
He recalled that Bauchi State pilgrims’ had enjoyed best two square meals during 2023 Hajj in Makkah and further unveiled government plan to review accomodations and Catering arrangements to provide more welfare services at the forthcoming Hajj exercise.
Satisfying with the facilities seen at kitchen for catering services, the Executive Secretary expressed optimism that the shurakal al Khairin Company would provide the needed feeding services to our pilgrims as at when due.
Imam Abdurrahman therefore used the Medium to further call on the interested depositors to make use of the grace period of end of January this year to make deposit of N4.5M and he said those who made less than N4.5m are expected to top up in order to meet the required amount.
He lastly, expressed that ” to whom much is given much is expected” Imam Abdurrahman therefore pleaded with the intending pilgrims to appreciate the effort of the Government and continue to pray so as to enable it deliver services.
The 2024 Bauchi pre-hajj team was led by the Special Adviser to His Excellency on Hajj Affairs, Hon. Shehu Wadaji “Dan amanan Jamaare”. The other members includes: The Chairman of the Board Alh. Nuru Adamu Jumba “Chiroman Bauchi”, Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris the Executive Secretary of the Board, Alh. Murtala Bawa the Director admin and Human resources and the Director operation., Comrade Sabiu Barau Ningi.
