    First batch of Nigerian pilgrims on Umrah arrived Makkah •See video

    The first delegation of Nigeria Pilgrims performing Umrah in Saudi Arabia may have finished their lesser hajj rites.  The delegation left Madinah after visits to various sites and headed for their miqaat where they began the talbiyya and adorn Ihram for the Umrah rites.

    For them, it was a memorable experience as they were given good treatment. According to Alkhibariat news in an interview with the pilgrims, they thanked Allah for the memorable Umrah experience. The group according to the reporter who spoke in Arabic said, “the first group from Nigerian on Umurah arrived in madinah and stayed three days in the beautiful city, after their three days of quarantine. They visited the Holy Mosque in Madinah, where they performed all their salat and other rites before going to Makkah for the Umrah rites. According to the Alkhibariat reporter, the number of the first batch that arrived makkah recently was 50.One of the pilgrims who spoke in English said: “It is a good experience, we are very happy being the first batch of pilgrims from Nigeria that arrived Makkah.  We have performed our Umurah successfully.”
