GACA receives NAHCON chairman, as HUTOUN expresses readiness to hook up with Mashariq Al-Dhahabia Coy

In continuation with 2025 Hajj preparations, Professor Abdullahi Saleh Usman had a meeting with the Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA).

In hand to receive the National Hajj Commission Of Nigeria (NAHCON ) Chairman was Engineer Mazeen Ahmad Bazuhair.

Discussions were held on slot allocation to Nigerian air carriers for airlift of Nigeria’s pilgrims. Professor Usman briefed the participants on the Commission’s arrangements so far. Engr Bazuhair expressed concern over essential steps yet to be taken to facilitate timely allocation of airlift slots to the country’s carriers.

Similarly on Thursday, Hajj and Umrah Tour Operators Association (HUTOUN) paid a courtesy visit to the NAHCON Chairman. Secretary of the Association Bemekun Rasheed assured the Chairman of the Association’s support.

Mr. Rasheed informed that members of his Association wish to identify with the Commission’s chosen service providers: the Mashariq Al-Dhahabia Company. The HUTOUN delegation has since met with the Mashariq Service providers to discuss modalities and package available to them as Private Tour Operators.
