Kaduna State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Agency has advised intending pilgrims for the 2024 Hajj to make an initial deposit of N2.5 million.
The Executive Secretary of the Agency, Dr Yusuf Yakubu Arrigassiyu who advised on Wednesday, further advised them to make additional installment payments of up to N4.5 million by 31 December pending the final announcement of Hajj fare by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).
This was contained in a release signed and issued by the Public Relations Officer of the agency, Alhaji Yunusa Muhammed Abdullahi Wednesday.

The Executive Secretary who briefed reporters in his office also counselled intending pilgrims to present themselves physically at the various registration centres across the state because registration by proxy will not be allowed.
Dr. Arrigassiyu also called on the registration officers to give priority to first-time intending pilgrims during the exercise.
