Professor Usman assured the visiting team that NAHCON remains committed to working tirelessly to align with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s guidelines and deadlines for the 2025 Hajj. He affirmed that the Commission has embarked on an accelerated schedule to meet all critical timelines, despite previous setbacks that have hindered its plans. “We value the Independent Hajj Reporters as partners in progress,” the Chairman noted. “Your insights reinforce our commitment to refining operations and ensuring that we not only meet but exceed the expectations of Nigerian pilgrims.”

With NAHCON’s support, IHR is keen on advancing robust capacity-building programs, including specialized media workshops in partnership with Hajj training institutes. These programs will help standardize and enhance the dissemination of accurate, timely information, thereby empowering pilgrims and service providers alike.
