The Katsina State Pilgrims Welfare Board has announced N8,457,685.59 as the fare for intending pilgrims for the 2025 Hajj exercise.
This follows the announcement of the 2025 Hajj fare by the National Chairman and Chief Executive of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, Professor Abdullahi Saleh Usman.
According to a statement issued by the Public Relations Officer of the Board, Alhaji Badaru Bello Karofi, intending pilgrims who have paid their initial deposit of N8.4 million should ensure they pay the remaining balance of N57,685.59 before January 31 of this month.
The statement further mentioned that prospective intending pilgrims can also make a full payment of N8,457,685.59 before the deadline of January 30, 2025, to book a seat for the 2025 Hajj operations.

Additionally, all payments to the board must be made via bank draft, as no cash transactions will be entertained. Furthermore, all payments for the 2025 Hajj exercise must be completed before January 30, 2025, to enable the Board to compile the actual list of intending pilgrims for this year and remit all funds to the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).
