The Kebbi State Amirul Hajj for 2024 Hajj operation and former Governor of the state, Alhaji Sa’idu Dakingari has led other members of his team on an inspection tour of the transformed Dr Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu Hajj Camp in Birnin Kebbi.
Inspecting the camp alongside Chief Judge of the state, Justice Umar Abubakar and other members, the Amirul Hajj said they were in the camp to ascertain the level of preparation for the 2024 Hajj operation right from Nigeria to Saudi Arabia.
Justice Abubakar, who spoke on behalf of the Amirul Hajj, expressed satisfaction with the level of infrastruture transformation in the camp, adding that the camp was completely wearing a new and excellent outlook.

He commended the Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Dr Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu for bringing positive and perfect development to Kebbi State in different sectors.
In his speech, the Executive Chairman, Kebbi State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Faruku Aliyu-Enabo enumerated some of the achievements recorded so far and what the board intends to achieve in near future.
Conducting them round the camp, the executive chairman introduced them to a model “Ka’aba and Sa’ayi” for the purpose of demonstration to prospective pilgrims, “so that they can have a clear view and understanding of the important places.”
On the entourage were; the former Chief Judge of the state, retired Justice Suleiman Ambursa, Alhaji Malami Shekare, who is also the Secretary of the delegation and Alhaji Musa Muhammad-Tungulawa among others.
