NAHCON’s NMT visits GMedia in Jeddah

Members of the National Media Team(NMT) of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) visited the Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Media Regulation (GMedia) in Jeddah Wednesday.
The visit was meant to familiarise mbers of the National Media Team with the GMedia with respect to coverage of the 2024 Hajj operation.
The team led by Muhammad Ahmad Musa Musa, NAHCON’s Principal Information and Public Relations Officer, Media Operations in Makkah, the Nigerian journalists were received by the Director of GMedia, Hamzah Al-Ghobaishi, accompanied by some officials of the agency.
He said (GMedia) is the sole regulatory body for radio, TV, print, social media, video games and other media contents.

He intimated the team with the guidelines, principles and ethics for the coverage of the world’s largest assembly.
He emphasised on professionalism at all times, just as he wished the delegation an acceptable Hajj.
