The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah revealed that more than 94,000 individuals worked within the Hajj organization this year, serving pilgrims in various fields and organizational locations.

It is part of the ministry’s efforts to improve the quality of services and enhance the pilgrims’ experience within an integrated operational system overseen by several specialized centers.

The ministry explained that these recorded numbers fall within the framework of a coordinated institutional effort that brings together government and service agencies, relying on the integration of human resources with modern technologies to ensure a safe and facilitated Hajj experience for pilgrims.

In terms of oversight, the ministry’s Compliance Center conducted more than 70,000 field inspection tours during the season, covering pilgrims’ accommodations, camps, central kitchens, and operational facilities. The ‘Nusuk Care’ initiative also provided more than 845,000 direct services, including health, psychological, and language support, as well as responses to humanitarian cases through field teams operating around the clock.
