The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced a critical deadline for Hajj affairs offices worldwide: February 14, 2025. By this date, all contracts for services related to the upcoming Hajj season must be finalized through the Nusuk Masar platform, specifically designed for international Hajj pilgrims.

To ensure a seamless and safe experience for pilgrims, the ministry emphasized the importance of adhering to Saudi Arabia’s regulations, including those related to air and ground transportation, security, health, and procedural guidelines.
Key Deadlines and Requirements:
  • Contract Finalization: February 14, 2025
  • Nusuk Masar Platform: All contracts must be completed through this platform
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adherence to Saudi Arabia’s regulations and guidelines is mandatory
The ministry urged Hajj offices to educate pilgrims on the necessity of following Hajj regulations, obtaining visas and permits through official channels, and carrying identification documents, such as the Nusuk Card, upon arrival in the Kingdom.
After the deadline, no additional contracts will be accepted, and the actual quotas for pilgrims from various countries will be determined.
