The General President for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdul-Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, made a field tour of the Al-Mukabariah project in the Grand Mosque.
Al-Sudais said that the state – may God protect it – is in a continuous bid to provide everything that serves the Two Holy Mosques and those who intend them, exerting every precious and precious, stressing that the duty towards the projects of the Two Holy Mosques is to be of the highest level of efficiency, quality and mastery, while harnessing the latest technical means for them, asking God – Almighty Almighty – everyone has constant help, success and repayment.

Al-Sudais was accompanied during the tour by the Under-General for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque, Dr. Saad Al-Muhaimid, the Vice President for Scientific and Intellectual Affairs Sheikh Dr. Nasser bin Othman Al-Zahrani, His Excellency the Under-General of Projects and Engineering Studies, Eng. Sultan bin Ati Al-Qurashi, and His Excellency the Assistant Undersecretary for Field Affairs, Mr. Muhammad Bin Hassan Bati.
It is noteworthy that the Al-Mukabaria project, on the southern side of the old portico, is on the same side as the old Al-Mukabariah, which was removed in favor of the Mataf building expansion project, over an area of (200) square meters, and includes an advanced sound system and its own control devices, in addition to audio and video broadcasting systems. To transmit the call to prayer and the imam’s prayer for duties and funerals, and it contains the spaces designated for the muezzin and the imam and direct transmission, and work is underway to complete and prepare the site according to the schedule prepared for him.
