TAFESHIN doles out ‘Trader money’, funds for students

tHE Tajudeen Adewunmi Fowewe Eshinlokun Foundation (TAFESHIN) has doled out millions of naira to individuals, students and traders to relieve them from their financial burden and empower them in order to be productive.

At the presentation of the grants, the first after its inauguration last year, the Founder and Funder of the foundation, Alhaji Tajudeen Eshinlokun urged beneficiaries to make good use of the funds in order to be productive.
He thanked all members of the board for doing a thorough job, expressing satisfaction for evenly distribution of grants within the nooks and crannies of Eti Osa.

Earlier, the chairman of the BoT, and Chief Imam of Eti-Osa, Imam Afinni Yoosuph Abdulbari, in his speech said: “the foundation has empowered 60 petty traders, distributed 40 GCE forms to students who had no financial capacity procure the forms as well as giving ‘Support fund’ to 10 undergraduates.

Abdulbari also stated that two Doctoral Students got financial support for their programme just as bailout funds were provided for some non-criminal inmates at various correctional centers.
